Condenser

TEC-SIM designs and manufactures cylindrical condensers with customizable features such as dimensions, layout (horizontal or vertical) and welded or removable head depending on the customer’s needs.

The connection with the freeze dryer can be either on one of the two dished heads or on the condenser shell, even with a main nozzle full length internally.

Our maximum flexibility in production allows us to manufacture in-house condensation coils of large as well as small dimensions, circular, “pack” or jacketed.

TEC-SIM condensers have generally a satin-finished internal surface, while the outside is usually sandblasted and then passivated. Through sandblasting, we avoid pickling, which is aggressive for steel and polluting for the environment.
